Within the packed program of the first European Outdoor Week, taking place in Riva del Garda from May 14 to 19 – there will also be the eleventh edition of Garda Trentino Trail which officially enters the schedule as a reference sports event for the world of trail running.
Born in 2016, Garda Trentino Trail is now a consolidated event, capable of enhancing the trails and paths of Alto Garda Trentino and Valle di Ledro from a sports and touristic perspective. An iconic territory for outdoor activities, characterized by the presence of the lakes Garda, Ledro, Tenno, and Cavedine, surrounded by a crown of peaks and mountain ranges exceeding 2,000 meters above sea level. All within an environmental context historically dedicated to active tourism.
In 2025, almost 3,000 athletes took part in the races organized by Asd Garda Trentino Trail. Numbers that confirm a constant growth, supported by the progressive increase of represented nations at the start and by the expansion of the race program, increasingly structured and attractive also at an international level.
Three days, six race distances (two in self-navigation)
The 2026 edition of Garda Trentino Trail is scheduled from May 15 to 17. Over the years, the event has evolved to offer in May six competitions, designed to attract different profiles of runners, from advanced amateurs to ultra runners:

Free bibs for exhibitors and visitors of the tradeshow in Riva del Garda
During the European Outdoor Week, exhibitors and visitors who will participate in the trade show ORBDAYS & OUTDOOR from May 17 to 19 will have the opportunity to experience the event as protagonists. Thanks to the partnership between Garda Trentino Trail and MagNet, a limited number of free bibs will be available for registered operators to participate in the races (by writing to info@mag-net.it untill April 30).
