La Sportiva closed 2025 by consolidating its growth path and strengthening investments dedicated to people, infrastructure, and territory. Rooted at the foot of the Dolomites, the company now has over 800 employees worldwide, with 540 at the Ziano di Fiemme (TN) plant, confirming a development model in close dialogue with the Trentino region.
Financial results 2025
The results as of December 31, 2025, confirm the strength of the brand, which records positive performance even in a global context characterized by geopolitical uncertainties, a slowdown in consumption in the outdoor sector, and a penalizing currency scenario. The company closes the year with a consolidated turnover of 213 million euros: a growth supported by a strategy focused on strengthening direct markets, consolidating the relationship with the consumer, and product innovation, with an increasingly structured presence in communities and reference territories. At the same time, it has launched a investment plan of over 20 million euros aimed at strengthening company infrastructure, internal services, and welfare and training programs, confirming the intention to continue investing in the company’s development, human capital, and reference territories, even in a complex and uncertain macroeconomic scenario.
New headquarters
Among the strategic investments is the new headquarters under construction in Ziano di Fiemme, designed as an expansion of the existing company hub with completion scheduled for 2027, which will cover a total area of 8,568 square meters. The project will integrate new workspaces and production areas along with services dedicated to people, including an indoor climbing gym, reflecting the brand’s sporting and cultural identity. The construction of underground parking will also help improve employee well-being and significantly reduce parking pressure in the Ziano industrial area, generating benefits for the local production context. A choice that reaffirms La Sportiva’s intention to continue developing its presence in the territory, expressing tangible confidence in the company’s future.
Company welfare
In addition to infrastructure investments, La Sportiva is pursuing a company welfare strategy, integrating well-being, training, and professional growth. During 2025, the company provided over 10,000 hours of training, involving over 360 employees in technical, managerial, soft skills development, and financial education programs. The welfare program also includes health fund, meal vouchers, smart working, after-school programs for employees’ children, and production bonuses. These initiatives are complemented by sports and outdoor activities such as climbing, yoga, ski mountaineering, and cross-country skiing, along with meetings with brand athletes. La Sportiva also encourages employee participation in sponsored sports competitions, fostering the creation of a cohesive and engaged internal community.
Mobility for people and the territory
The company’s welfare plan also includes mobility-related initiatives. Since July 1, 2023, La Sportiva has implemented a shuttle bus service connecting Trento and Val di Fassa to the Ziano di Fiemme plant through three dedicated routes. Born from listening to a shared and concrete need, today the service is used daily by over 110 employees, with tangible effects on reducing CO₂ emissions, easing traffic in the industrial area, and enhancing safety in commuting. An initiative that combines individual well-being and environmental responsibility, creating value for both employees and the territory, contributing to saving over 1 million kilometers* every year. (*The calculation is based on the actual days of shuttle use by individual subscribers and the distance of the individual stops to the Ziano headquarters).
Lorenzo Delladio’s statements
“In a globally unfavorable geopolitical context, La Sportiva’s positive results confirm the solidity of our path and the consistency of choices made over time. The long-term vision remains our reference point and guides investments in human capital, territory, and the development of increasingly innovative and technical products, keeping our identity and product quality at the center. In a unique territorial context like that of Val di Fiemme, where business and community are deeply intertwined, we continue to invest to demonstrate that doing business in the mountains is a viable and competitive choice. Infrastructure, welfare, and attention to people remain central elements of a development model that looks to the future of the company and the territory, with the goal of continuing to attract and welcome new talents”, stated Lorenzo Delladio, President and CEO of La Sportiva.
